Review: Seated Spark is a scientific that provides water to the community of Valle del Elqui with his “Fog Catch”. One night he discovers a star that he falls in love with and goes to meet it, leaving his “helper” in charge of Fog Catch, but the Mayor put him into jail and sells the invention to a millionaire.
